A standard hi-hat clutch by Drum Workshop (DW). This component comes as standard on all DW hi-hat stands, fitting a 7mm rod. It allows drummers to adjust the closed "sloshyness" and secure it, preventing it from accidentally shifting during performances. As it sees use in DW's own 5000 and 9000 series hi-hat stands, it's reliable and fits many other setups as well.
