Rehearsal Room Booking Terms of Service

This agreement is between the undersigned customer and Constellation Musical Instruments for the booking of rehearsal time at our facility.

Booking Terms:

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time via phone or online. Late cancellations will incur the full rehearsal cost. Texts or emails are not valid for cancellations.

  • Payment: A valid credit card must be on file. Full payment is required for the entire booked time slot, regardless of early completion or late arrival.

  • Setup & Teardown: Included in reservation time. Customers should arrive 15 minutes early to check in and load equipment. Finish the final song 10 minutes before the session ends to allow for breakdown and load-out. 

  • Damage Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any Studio property or equipment damaged during their session due to misuse, negligence, or intentional actions.
