Takamine P4DC Natural Gloss - 6 String Acoustic Electric Guitar

The P4DC benefits from a beautifully resonant solid spruce top, with scalloped “X” top bracing for a brilliantly clear and well projected sound. The sapele sides and back also produce a lovely, warm sound. The P4DC also includes proprietary electronics from Takamine: the CTP-3 Cool Tube™ preamp system matched with the unique Palathetic™ under-saddle pickup for unrivaled amplified sound. The CTP-3 is dual channel and gives a low voltage tune tone, which can be adjusted from bright to warm, and also includes a 3 band EQ and auxiliary input for use if adding a second pickup. A whole range of different features to improve performance can be found in the P4DC, including a Venetian cutaway to give easy access high up on the fingerboard, Takamine’s asymmetrical neck which is thinner on the bass side to naturally fit your hand, plus a split bone saddle for precise intonation as well as a pin-less rosewood bridge to allow you change strings easily. Furthermore, you’ll find many top-quality design features, including elegant ivory body binding, as well as a rosette featuring concentric rings and wood marquetry, not to mention the gold tuners with amber buttons.

Included with the P4DC is a premium archtop hardshell case.
